Gideon Adler, Senior Managing Partner

Notes: Mr. Adler grew up in Tel-Aviv, Israel. He was accepted into the elite high-school Military Academy and served as an officer in the IDF. In 1967, after serving in the Six-Day War, Mr. Adler immigrated to the United States. In addition to working full-time in regional accounting firms, Mr. Adler earned a bachelors' degree in accounting from Farleigh Dickinson University in 1971 and an MBA (MS in Taxation) in 1973. In 1979 Mr. Adler opened his own firm in Fair Lawn NJ.

Annette Prizzi, Partner

Notes: Annette graduated from Albertus Magnus High School in Bardonia, New York. She then went on to Pace University where she studied accounting and graduated in 1984 with a BBA in Public Accounting. Annette joined Mr. Adler's accounting firm in 1985; in 1990 she became a partner at the firm. Annette specializes in various aspects of taxation for individuals and businesses. Annette is an active member of the New Jersey Society of CPA’s. She is involved with various committees concerning Albertus Magnus.

Oren Adler, Partner

Specialties: Valuation, Business Analysis, Cash-Flow management
Notes: Oren is Mr. Adler's older son. Oren graduated from Boston University's School of Management in 1992 with only three years of matriculation. Oren worked at various CPA firms in the Boston area and attempted some entrepreneurial endeavors before getting his MBA from Babson College in 2000. After earning his MBA in finance, Mr. Adler moved to New York and helped develop the Valuation Department of a regional CPA firm. From 2001 through 2005 Mr. Adler worked at Goldin Associates servicing valuation and litigation support needs of clients including Armstrong and Sealed Air Corp. Oren joined the firm in 2006 and has proved a vital and productive resource.

Notes: Ms Izhaky joined the firm in 1985. In over 25 years of service to the firm, Ms Izhaky has proved herself a vital resource for the firm. Ms Izhaky meets with clients on a regular basis and assists them with resolving various issues including various filing and taxation instructions.
